Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. After placing your order, please contact us by email or phone to confirm pickup availability and receive the pickup location and instructions. The pickup location will be provided privately.

Processing & Delivery

In-stock orders typically take 1–3 business days to process after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at MAIÉ Muse after the supplier order is placed, followed by additional domestic shipping time. This estimate is for arrival at MAIÉ Muse, not delivery to your address. All delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
