Where do you ship?

MAIÉ Muse ships throughout the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders typically take 1–3 business days to process after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at MAIÉ Muse after the supplier order is placed, followed by additional domestic shipping time. All delivery times are estimates.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are available for selected designs during announced ordering periods. Pre-order items may require additional time to arrive before they can be shipped to you. Please review our Pre-Order Policy before placing your order.

Can I get help choosing my size?

Can I request a size that is not listed?

You can contact us to ask about additional sizes for in-stock items or selected pre-order designs. Availability and any price differences will be confirmed before you place your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates to appear.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your package is missing, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please email shopmaiemuse@gmail.com for assistance.
