Pre-Order

How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders are available only for selected designs announced by MAIÉ Muse. We will post the available designs and the closing date for each pre-order item.

To request a pre-order, message us through Facebook Messenger or TikTok with your desired design and size. Once the pre-order period closes, we will submit the requests to our supplier and confirm whether your requested size can be fulfilled.

Submitting a pre-order request does not guarantee availability or secure your item.

Payment

We will issue an invoice to your email address only after our supplier confirms that your requested item and size can be fulfilled.

Full payment must be received within the timeframe stated on your invoice to secure your item. Your pre-order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

If our supplier cannot fulfill your requested item or size, no invoice will be issued.

Pre-Order Closing Dates

Each pre-order design will have an announced closing date. Requests must be submitted before the stated deadline. Once the pre-order period closes, we will submit the requests to our supplier.

Estimated Timeline

Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at MAIÉ Muse after the supplier order is placed. Supplier processing, international shipping, and customs clearance may affect timing. Additional time is needed for domestic shipping to you.
