Placing an Order

Shop directly through our website by browsing our collections, selecting your desired items and sizes, and completing your purchase through Shopify checkout. Please review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout before an order can be processed, unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping fees and taxes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

In-stock orders typically take 1–3 business days to process after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

Pre-orders follow the estimated timelines outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.

Order Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible at shopmaiemuse@gmail.com if you need to change an item, size, or shipping address.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

For in-stock orders, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders cannot be canceled once submitted to our supplier. Please review our Pre-Order Policy before placing a pre-order.

MAIÉ Muse styles are available in limited quantities, and availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund when applicable.

If a pricing or product-detail error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue before proceeding.
